Director
Yadaira Orsini is a Director at Kumi, based in the London office. She supports clients and their business partners in strengthening social performance and human rights due diligence across their operations and value chains, including in conflict-affected and high-risk environments.
Yadaira has partnered with organisations across Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East to strengthen their approach to human rights and responsible business conduct. With more than 18 years of experience, she combines practical expertise in implementing international due diligence standards and regulatory requirements with bespoke strategic advisory support on complex social and human rights issues. Her areas of expertise include stakeholder engagement, community relations, conflict sensitivity, security and human rights, and risk management, with particular experience in the mining, diversified energy, and financial sectors.
Before joining Kumi, Yadaira worked with several sustainability and risk management consultancies, advising organisations on human rights due diligence and responsible supply chain management, and conducting assessments of social and human rights risks in investor-focussed transactions and portfolio management. Prior to that, she spent a decade in the NGO sector, supporting companies, governments, and civil society organisations to operate responsibly and engage effectively in conflict-affected settings.
In her free time, Yadaira enjoys cooking, travelling and watching football and Formula 1.
