People and Organisation Director
Sarah is a People and Organisation Director with 30 years’ experience advising Boards and developing and leading high performing teams both in the UK and internationally.
Her specialism is leading through growth, change and transformation, having worked with SMEs on their growth strategies and large corporates on mergers, acquisitions and outsourcing.
Using her executive experience, she now advises organisations on how to develop and implement people strategies and cultures which enable growth and transformation, ensuring they have the people skills and engagement to achieve business goals and realise ROI on transactions. She is also an Executive Coach and has worked with multiple colleagues and clients in coach / mentor roles.
She is a Fellow of the CIPD and in addition to her executive work, Sarah also holds a NED position as Trustee of an international charity.
