Fundamentally, we care deeply about the work we do.
Kumi was founded out of a conviction that businesses are one of the most important drivers of poverty alleviation and sustainable social and economic development in low-income countries. We believe that embedding responsible business practices within global supply chains is key to unlocking this potential. We also believe that doing good always has a sound business case.
We are proudly specialist in our focus. At Kumi we don’t try to do everything, but we aim to be the best at what we do. For our clients we bring the same professionalism and commitment to quality that you would expect from the world’s top professional services firms, but with a personal approach that is tailored to the specific needs of each client.
For our people, we aim to create a workplace where everyone is truly valued, supported to reach their full potential, and ambitions for growth are limited only by imagination.
We care deeply about the issues we work on and are committed to delivering the highest quality work to our clients.
We are steadfast in who we are and we will speak up for what we believe is right.
We respect other peoples’ opinions, needs and backgrounds, and foster a culture of empathy and inclusivity.
We will tell the truth, even when it is difficult, and be transparent and accountable in our work.
We are committed to developing strong relationships with clients, partners and colleagues to find collaborative solutions to the issues we are dealing with.
Kumi has a formal partnership with the technology firm, Circulor. Through our partnership with Circulor we are delivering practical, blockchain-based traceability technology to our clients. This is enabling unprecedented supply chain transparency and opening the door to a multitude of innovations in raw material sourcing practices and supply chain relationships.
Our efforts to drive positive change are not limited to our work with clients.
Kumi is proud to support the Congo Children Trust, a charity working with children living on the streets in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
We don’t have any vacancies at present, but whenever we do we will advertise them here. If you are excited by our mission and could see yourself as part of the Kumi team, do check back again soon!
