WEBINAR – EUBR update: Guidelines, Notified Bodies and implementation
Date: Tuesday 14th April
Time: 11am – 11.45am (CET)
Location: Online – GoToWebinar
Overview
As EUBR implementation accelerates, companies face growing pressure to move from interpretation to action. However, amid ongoing regulatory uncertainty, knowing what to prioritise and how conformance will be assessed are common concerns.
In this webinar, Alex Graf and James Lewry will provide a practical update on EUBR developments, including the implementation guidelines, notified bodies, and recognised schemes. We will also share key lessons learned from 18 months of hands‑on support to companies preparing for EUBR due diligence, with a particular focus on risk‑based due diligence and chain of custody mapping.
By the end of the session, you will:
• Understand the latest status of the EUBR implementation
• Learn about updates to the guidelines, notified bodies, and recognised schemes.
• Gain practical insights from 18 months of hands‑on EUBR implementation support, including where companies are struggling most.
• Understand what “defensible compliance” does and doesn’t look like under a risk‑based approach.
• Understand what support is available for addressing the most challenging areas of EUBR, including risk‑based due diligence and traceability
The questions asked in this form will be covered in the webinar
